  • KitaCare 2.0: Lights, Love & Lifelines Unites Communities Through Health, Education, Business and Care in Celebration of International Human Duties Day

Seri Kembangan, Selangor | 4–5 July 2026 – In conjunction with International Human
Duties Day, JCI Bandar Setia Alam proudly presents KitaCare 2.0: Lights, Love & Lifelines, a two-day community impact initiative that brings together young leaders, businesses, healthcare advocates, community organizations, merchants, volunteers, and members of the public to create meaningful and sustainable social impact.

Held at Amerin Mall, Seri Kembangan, the project is supported by nine co-hosting JCI
chapters, strategic partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and community organizations who share a common vision of empowering communities through health awareness, education, entrepreneurship, active citizenship, and community care.

KitaCare 2.0 supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being
SDG 4 – Quality Education
SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals

Inspired by the spirit of International Human Duties Day, the initiative encourages individuals
and organizations to embrace their responsibility in contributing towards a healthier, more compassionate, and  inclusive society.

Creating Impact Through Four Community Pillars
KitaCare 2.0 is built around four key pillars that collectively contribute to community well-
being and sustainable development.

Health Impact
Two-Day Blood Donation Drive
One of the flagship components of KitaCare 2.0 is the Two-Day Blood Donation Drive,
conducted in support of Amerin Mall’s community healthcare initiatives.

Members of the public are encouraged to donate blood and contribute towards strengthening local blood reserves. Every donation has the potential to save lives and provide hope to
patients and families in need.

By promoting voluntary blood donation, the project aims to raise awareness about healthcare support, civic responsibility, and the importance of giving back to society.

Community Education
FREE React Right Safety & Adventure Discovery Workshop
KitaCare 2.0 will feature a complimentary React Right Safety & Adventure Discovery
Workshop, open to members of the public.

Designed for youth, families, future divers, ocean enthusiasts, and adventure seekers, the
workshop introduces participants to basic emergency response awareness, safety
preparedness, and responsible adventure practices.

The program aims to equip participants with practical knowledge while promoting a stronger culture of safety, preparedness, and community resilience.

Business &  Entrepreneurship
JCI In Business (JIB) Networking Session and Community Exhibition
A key highlight of the event is the JCI In Business (JIB) Networking Session, led by David
Tan, JIB Director for KitaCare 2.0.

The session provides a platform for entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups, professionals, and
corporate leaders to connect, collaborate, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for
business growth and strategic partnerships.

Complementing the networking session is the Community & Business Exhibition Zone,
featuring booths hosted by participating JCI chapters, entrepreneurs, corporate sponsors,
community organizations, Amerin Mall merchants, vendors, and strategic partners.

The exhibition aims to:
Promote entrepreneurship and innovation
Showcase local businesses, products, and services
Create networking and collaboration opportunities
Support CSR and partnership development
Increase public awareness of health and social causes
Encourage community participation and volunteerism

A total of 10 JCI Chapters will participate alongside Amerin Mall merchants, community
organizations, healthcare providers, wellness partners, corporate sponsors, and participating
exhibitors, creating a diverse platform that promotes health, entrepreneurship, community
engagement, and social impact.
